I’ve been researching different fencing options for the back area of our warehouse, and mesh fencing keeps coming up in recommendations. I don’t have experience with it, but it looks pretty versatile and not too bulky. I’m curious though—how durable is mesh fencing over time, especially in high-traffic areas? Anyone here actually using it? Would love to hear some firsthand thoughts.

I've had similar doubts before we installed mesh fencing around two of our distribution sites. Honestly, it’s held up better than I expected. We needed something that wouldn’t completely block visibility but still offered real security, and mesh was a good middle ground. We went with a heavy-duty steel mesh that’s resistant to cutting, and it's been there for over 3 years now with minimal rust and no major repairs. It does its job without making the area feel boxed in, which our team appreciates. Also, it’s good if you’re thinking of integrating CCTV since it doesn’t obstruct the view like solid fencing does. We worked with commercial security fencing Sydney and they were super helpful in custom-designing it for our space. I'd say if your priority is controlled access + visibility + low maintenance, it’s definitely worth looking into.
